Public event - how we plan and purchase NHS services

On Wednesday, 9 September please join us to virtually meet CCG colleagues from the Governing Body and hear about how we plan and pay for NHS services, making sure public funds are used to benefit local communities.

We’ll be discussing:

• How public money is spent on health care services - Ivor Duffy, Chief Finance Officer
• How we look at performance and the quality of care across health care - Dr Peter Green, elected GP Governing Body Member
• How the CCG makes sure that appropriate risk and assurance systems are in place - Alistair Smith, Independent Lay Member for Governance and Audit and Deputy CCG Chair.
