Our annual workforce equalities report meets our workforce public sector equality duty, to publish equality information for 2024/25, and it sets out:
- our workforce demographic data
- our WRES and WDES data
- our gender and ethnicity pay gap data
- progress against our previous workforce equality objectives
- progress against NHS England's EDI improvement plan
- a summary of workforce equality impact assessments undertaken in the reporting period
- details of how we reviewed our equality objectives and details of these.
It includes details of the EDI targets we have set ourselves in response to our 2024 staff survey results and our action plan for 2025/26.
