Protecting our people from abuse

All NHS colleagues have the right to work in a safe environment and be treated with courtesy and respect so we can help you.

Where appropriate, we have empowered our colleagues to politely end phone calls if they are subjected to aggressive or abusive behaviour.

Any abuse, aggression or anti-social behaviour, either in person, over the phone, or online, will not be tolerated.
