Adam Doyle, chief executive

Adam is the chief executive of NHS Kent and Medway.

Adam is one of the longest serving chief executives in the NHS and was previously chief executive of NHS Sussex.

During the past nine years, Adam has been instrumental in leading Sussex to become a more integrated health and care system. He is credited with having taken the previous seven Sussex CCGs from an inadequate to good position and has led the reshaping of the Sussex Integrated Care System to be one of the most improved systems in the country.

Adam began his NHS career as a physiotherapist before moving into leadership roles in commissioning and healthcare management. A previous chief executive at NHS Merton CCG, director of community services and private care at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and national director for system development at NHS England, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to NHS Kent and Medway.
