With more than 30 years in the voluntary sector, Bali Rodgers is a passionate leader dedicated to innovation, equity, and social impact. She is a Non-Executive Director of NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, where she champions community voices and lived experience in shaping healthcare strategy. 

As Chief Executive of Safer Communities Alliance, she drives voluntary sector fundraising, partnerships, and advocacy to that build safer, fairer, and healthier communities across Kent and the South East.

Bali also co-manages Refocus, a 20-year project mentoring and coaching young people and families affected by crime, violence, mental health and trauma. Drawing on her own lived experience and professional qualifications as a counsellor, group therapist, family coach, and diversity, equity and inclusion trainer, she specialises in behaviour management and breaking negative cycles.

Bali works with diverse and marginalised groups, delivering workshops, training, and campaigns to promote inclusion and social justice.
