Caroline Rivett, non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee
Caroline is a Chartered Accountant and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Caroline is a former KPMG Risk Advisory services partner and was previously KPMG's global lead for cybersecurity in life sciences and KPMG's UK lead for privacy. She has worked extensively advising life sciences companies and health organisations in technology and risk.
Caroline is currently Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee at the Royal College of Nursing and The Children's Trust, and is a Board Trustee at the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the Islington Law Centre. She was previously Chair of the Audit Committee at NHS Sussex ICB, NHS North Central London CCG and NHS Norfolk PCT. Caroline continues to work as an advisor in cybersecurity and risk.
