Mike is the Chief Medical and Outcomes Officer at NHS Kent and Medway.
Mike joined NHS Kent and Medway in October 2026 from NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board, where he held senior executive leadership responsibilities and built a strong reputation for clinical leadership, improving outcomes, reducing health inequalities and driving transformation across complex health and care systems.
Mike is a practising GP with more than 25 years of experience in clinical leadership, healthcare policy development and service transformation across local, system and national healthcare settings.
