You can speak up about a range of concerns, including

  • patient safety or quality of care
  • bullying, harassment or discrimination
  • unsafe working practices or staffing levels
  • concerns about leadership, culture or behaviour
  • anything that feels wrong or could impact staff wellbeing or service delivery.

The FTSU guardian provides an independent route to speak up, helping to ensure concerns are listened to and addressed. They do not investigate concerns directly but will support you to raise them appropriately and ensure you receive feedback.
