Freedom to speak up (FTSU) guardian
Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) is about creating a safe and open culture where workers feel able to raise concerns, suggestions or issues about patient safety, staff experience or services. Speaking up helps ensure concerns are heard and acted on, so organisations can learn and improve.
If you are a current or former employee of NHS Kent and Medway ICB, you can contact our FTSU guardian for confidential advice and support.
