Indiana is the joint chief people and culture officer at NHS Kent and Medway.

Indi joined NHS Sussex in April 2023 as deputy chief people officer and director of people, before becoming chief people and culture officer. In January 2026, she became NHS Kent and Medway's  joint chief people and culture officer (in partnership with NHS Surrey and Sussex).

Before this, Indi worked for Health Education England and NHS England as the national head of transition and national head of workforce transformation (respectively) where she worked on the merger of NHSE, HEE and NHS Digital and workforce transformation as part of the national recovery programme. Indi has also worked for Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board and Surrey County Council. Indi is passionate about transforming healthcare to promote equality, inclusion and diversity and reduce skills gaps, ensuring alignment of service redesign with workforce development.
