Jonathan is the chief finance officer at NHS Kent and Medway.

Jonathan joined NHS Kent and Medway in January 2026 from NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board, having also previously been chief financial officer at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Homerton University Hospital, and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital for 14 years across the three organisations. 

He started his NHS career as a national finance management trainee at West Hertfordshire Hospital. 

Jonathan has a strong track record in leadership, financial governance, system collaboration, transformation and delivering sustainable improvements.
