Jonathan Wilson will be joining NHS Kent and Medway as our chief finance officer on Wednesday, 28 January.

Jonathan brings extensive experience as a CFO across complex NHS organisations, with a strong track record in leadership, financial governance, system collaboration, transformation, and delivering sustainable improvements. His background spans Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB, Moorfields Eye Hospital, North Central London ICB, Homerton and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. He is known for his transparent and collaborative leadership style.

Chief Executive Adam Doyle said: “I know Jonathan will be a great addition to our senior team as we continue our financial reset and wider organisational transformation.

“I also want to offer my sincere thanks to Ivor Duffy for his years of hard work, dedication and steadfast support to Kent and Medway as chief finance officer. Ivor has been a constant source of stability through some of the most challenging periods for our organisation and has always brought professionalism, integrity and personal commitment.''
