Pauline is a voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) member at NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board.
Pauline is the Chief Executive of CXK, a charity which delivers a diverse range of services across the southeast, empowering young people and adults with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in employment, education or training.
Pauline has held senior leadership roles across both the voluntary and public sectors, building an established track record in developing and enhancing initiatives that support some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in society. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to tackling social inequality and creating services that empower people to make positive changes in their lives.
At CXK, Pauline has overseen the growth of high-quality provision across a wide range of programmes, from careers advice and employability to personal development and wellbeing. She works closely with government departments, councils, education providers, employers, and community partners to make sure services are responsive to local need.
Based in Kent, Pauline also dedicates personal time to supporting a number of charities in India.
