This page lists monthly reports showing expenditure over £25,000, which is a national requirement for all NHS organisations to publish.

Expenditure is all individual invoices, grant payments, expense payments or other transactions over £25,000. The lower level of £500, which is the threshold applied to local authorities, may also be published.

There may be some transactions that should not be published, due to national or personal security, foreign relations or legal reasons, for example the Data Protection Act. The Freedom of Information Act is used as the frame of reference when making these judgements.
