The booster programme continues to move at speed with more than 955,000 booster jabs given.

Booster jabs for immunosuppressed
People who are immunosuppressed and have had their third dose will now be reaching the time to have a booster (their fourth dose). The national team is working on changes to the vaccination records and national booking service to allow booking these; but, in the meantime, people can use local walk-in vaccination services.
Patients will need to take their confirmation of immunosuppression letter from a GP or hospital service. All local vaccination teams should be able to record vaccinations for patients in this cohort.

Remember to book your booster if you have Covid-19
If you have been unable to book a booster vaccination or pop along to a local walk-in clinic because you have had Covid-19 in the past 28 days, please don’t forget to be vaccinated once the time has passed.
You must be clear of Covid-19 for 28 days to have your booster – please make sure you do so as quickly as possible and please don’t forget to cancel an appointment if you can no longer attend because you have the virus.
You won’t be able to cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, but if you know earlier than that, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Vaccinating people who are housebound
We have now given booster jabs to 80 per cent of eligible housebound patients and local vaccination services are continuing to prioritise scheduling visits for the remaining patients.
