NHS Kent and Medway is encouraging patients to make sure they are prepared for the upcoming bank holiday (Monday, 6 May).
The long weekend is a busy time for NHS services and it’s important to choose the right service if you are ill or injured.
Make sure you have a well-stocked medicine cabinet at home, which should include paracetamol, cold remedies, plasters, tweezers and a thermometer.
If you have planned a trip away, pick up any prescription medications that you need in advance and take these with you.
