The NHS Kent and Medway (NHSKM) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a virtual meeting in public via MS Teams. 

Members of the public are invited to attend. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the meeting.

If you would like to join the NHS Kent and Medway AGM, please email kmicb.engagecomms@nhs.net by 12noon on Friday 12 September 2025, putting 'Please register me to attend the NHS Kent and Medway AGM' in the subject header. 

If you need any reasonable adjustments to be able to join the AGM online, please let us know when you register. 

 

Submit questions in advance for the Q&A 

There will be a 20-minute question and answer (Q&A) session at the end of the meeting. 

To make best use of this time if you attending the meeting, please submit your questions by email to our Communications and Engagement Team at kmicb.engagecomms@nhs.net, putting 'Question for NHS Kent and Medway AGM  Q&A – 17 September 2025' in the subject header. 

During the Q&A, we will answer as many questions as we can in the time we have.

If we don't get to your submitted question, we will reply by email after the AGM and all questions and answers will be published on our website. 

 

Joining the NHS Kent and Medway virtual AGM 

Everyone who registers for our online AGM will be sent a link to join the online AGM on 17 September 2025.
